		<description>Great post, language is so important and I think that we forget this sometimes.  I&#039;m sure we can all think of someone who uses negative language all the time and has a lot of problems.  Speaking positively is part of thinking positively and as leaders I think we need to radiate positivity to inspire others.</description>

Great to highlight the connection of energy and language.  For me externally we express through language - both verbal and body - our true selves.  We may not see or notice, but others pick up and sense.  So great to remind us to be mindful so we can see our selves as we truly are when leading others.
